Nope.  Please someone tell me this isn’t a new fashion trend we have here.. She looks retarded.  I know it’s a music festival, and your on a shit ton of drugs but that isn’t an excuse for the thigh high ankle boots duo..  It’s stupid, STOP it.

What exactly to you think they are doing in that little huddle there?  Telling secrets? Sharing meth recipes?  Passing around a fun dip? Dropping acid? Political debate?
